I honestly can’t understand how management thinks that we can move forward by constantly acquiring other companies but leaving everything else stuck in the past. We are working on old technologies that have been outdated for who knows how long.
Also, each new acquisition is costing us more good employees - some are leaving on their own and some are being laid off to pay for all the new companies. And their replacements have been underwhelming.
Extreme Networks is a good company - I really hope management figures out that we are not on the right path right now and that they correct course before it’s too late.
