Ok here is the deal. Pay cuts for hourly and commission associates just lost commissions, being given an hourly rate. Did ceo take a pay cut?

We all need to speak up. Our new store manager is not approachable. He speaks down to associate and doesn't want to hear any ideas.
We all have heard customer behavior is changing- That being said when store is low why not utilize your talent to help the online side of the business. Your talent would increase your online sales, instead of the terrible overseas people who know nothing about our products. Time to think outside the box.
Update after having commissions taken away and converted into a discounted hourly rate full time hours were cut to 35. Why didn’t management do this at once? Now, good sales people with years of experience are now looking at other opportunities. Just when you think it can’t get worse. Idea higher management take a pay cut. Don’t be sheep speak up!
I wish others would post here as to how their benefit hourly rate is. I take summers off therefore my hourly rate was deducted one dollar an hour. Before my income was tied to my efforts, I already see people slacking.
Yes it’s true. I guess the associates are the low hanging fruit that the ceo was talking about. I would like her for one month work as an associate and live in associate pay. Maybe then she will learn what our customers want, customer service, personal help. Another idea stop the e-commerce returns in the store. When will management understand many customers over order to escape shipping charges. These customers don’t make in store purchases.
