This is the number for Action 13 News 702-368-2255, so we can give them the whole story. Oddly enough there is nothing about us not getting paid.

"The only reason the receiver left AiP and AiPOD open past 3/6 was to collect student tuition for the 3/7 start - which was shut down 3/8, and no, students with financial aid did not receive a refund."
Didn't this sort of thing used to be called grand theft or larceny or something? I have a novel idea: How about jail?
Argosy folks are included in this as well. No one has been paid.
You may want to speak with WT. He's Mr. Big shot on campus now
AiP and AiPOD employees are still owed pay for their last two weeks of work, February 23-March 8. We were strung along that last week with “we’re closing if we don’t get a buyer” followed by “ignore the last message we have an interested buyer” followed by “dear colleague you’re position has been terminated...you’ll receive your final paycheck on March 15.” Which needless to say has come and gone.
The only reason the receiver left AiP and AiPOD open past 3/6 was to collect student tuition for the 3/7 start - which was shut down 3/8, and no, students with financial aid did not receive a refund. Possibly this happened to fund AiLV to get their next tuition start funds - and then possibly they’ll be shutting them down - except now they are 4 weeks without pay. It’s all an interesting scheme. Buyer or no buyer? Doesn’t matter if you’re not receiving pay.
Does your state have an unpaid wages complaint office? You might file a complaint against DCEH and the Receiver.
Good idea. AI owes me 4 weeks pay due to a technical glitch.
The title of your post would be of interest to your local TV station.
Put more pressure on them.
I wish I had that overdue compensation for my upcoming mortgage payment.
