Shopko and russ steinhorst are both criminals. They had us sign severance agreements and then they didn't pay. Fraud!!!
It looks like the court actually approved the corporate severance package, where's mine? I was assured from my DM, HR and signed a contract.
How is it not fraudulent/criminal to take $179 million from an insolvent company? They caused 15,000 to lose their livelihood and then take almost a million because they feel they are important to close down the company, seriously?
Now promising stores Managers they'll get crumbs, if they stay. You know " we promise you'll get it", seriously? Jim, when your at the country club this weekend, don't look in the mirror your conscience may rear its head. Seriously?, probably not.

what happens to the techs in the pharmacy, and optical dont they have a contract? what about the the pharmacists and optometrists? dont they have a contract? how can the bankruptcy judge not be on top of this? this doesnt seem right. im not going to lie, but i sure would like to know what those people in headquarters are getting for pay and severance......
Hr is scaled back tomorrow significantly. I know contract should be a contract. They falsely led a bunch of people to stay with the promise and CONTRACT to stay but now they are blaming courts for no payment when it is their choice not to honor! There is no “updates” they’ve never kept people updated They feed people bs and will continue to- Someone needs to go public about the severance
i you have a contract, dont they have to honor the contract? how can that be.......its a contract!!!!! that takes the cake
how is that possible? that they receive any pay before us employees get their severance package.. not sure how to get to look at the bankruptcy papers. ....if hr goes will payroll be far behind.....very concerned about the last paycheck before the store shuts its doors......wondering if so many of the 'updates' are not just 'generated 'updates'....do you know when hr will be scaled back?
Look on the bankruptcy documents - his salary is ridiculous - they should be paying our severance especially if we had a contract!!!! I think they are just not paying- and it has nothing to do with what the courts are saying- that’s the excuse oh it’s in the courts - uh no ..... also h r will be running on bare bones from here on out so hopefully we can get some attention to them not honoring the contracts
