Just want to get an idea. I wonder if anyone has some insight on how the package would look like after July 1st? I have been with the companies for a little more than 10 years. I want to see what I should do now? Should I wait to see if something happens or should I just start looking since summer is going to be slow in the hiring market. I certainly don't want to get a shrink package in 2nd half of the year when the hiring get slow down again since it is close to year end. This really puzzles me!

Worst case scenario, you start as year 1 after July. Bad Scenario, you should consider a 50% reduction since you are now with the New Company which TR still has 45% stake.
My bold assessment is that there won't be any Layoff after July 2019 since they have already done much of it in 2018 and prior to July. So they will give the new structure a trial period. During and after this period, it may relate to your performance and objectives to determine the outcome.
Again, these are just my assumptions.
As if you will get a choice!
