Regional VP's are doing spot check on outside sales reps in the weaker smaller territories. They're asking about KAM's and CSM effectiveness as well. They're out collecting data to determine who will be cut first.

This takes me back to the San Fran days, when I was f---ing those little rep b--ches and wining the old broads, the old regional VP's and the old vice president fat pig, what's here name Gee? was that her name? All these c--ts are corrupt old wh--es, we all know it, most are gone... in the fashion old hogs are slaughtered at the yard, they're all gone....
If the strategy is to bundle all of our content together under a single banner, there's no point in having a large and diversified sales and marketing organization. I think that's the long term strategy...shrink the size of the workforce significantly by not specializing by discipline. If our current revenue is the new normal for the long term, the company is going to have to shrink significantly.
Exactly, they've been tasked to trim the fluff, first hit will be useless KAM's then small outside territories will go to inside sales and then CSM nannies will follow, ending with under-performing DM's to get canned, then consolidate territories.
Fiscal year earnings are due in a couple of weeks. They want to have a plan together to execute their "streamlining" ASAP.
