Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Do you trust Avaya leadership?

I'm curious how many of us actually believe that the current leadership can turn Avaya around?

Considering that their main response to dropping revenue has so far been layoffs, layoffs and more layoffs, I'm really not seeing a bright future for the company with these people in charge.

Does anybody actually trust them?

Everyone with-in avaya knows it, we were fastest growing one but the bad and unwanted acquisition is the reason to fall. The leadership is responsible for this. How can we trust them ?

The key to success is automation. They are investing in automation and Cloud which leads to employees layoff. Leadership is doing the right thing.
