Unethical behavior by managers

Every year, we have to watch the Ethics video narrated by our CEO. Unfortunately, some members of management don't abide by these rules. Once you get in the "good old boys club" you have it made. Some of the perks you get consist of "free" PTO to go on vacation without using any time. You also get to work less than 40 hrs per week, have your scheduled changed to get extended weekends off. The ethics hotline used to record, yes record your call. A copy of that call was sent to person in charge of you. Managers would listen to the "anonymous" recording to find out who the caller was....How ethical.

don't forget about vendor provided superbowl tickets, golf outings, concert tickets--all ignored by the C level.

The individuals I'm referring to are lifelong friends. They work for corporate.

My manager used to be able to write their own schedule, and the schedules of the crew they worked with. Then the uppers took that privilege or right away. Or maybe it was a system wide change with auto schedule.

My manager also mentioned awhile back about how their PTO hours were being messed with.
