Did anyone else not receive their severance package that was promised by Saturday? HR said it was shipped NDA and clearly that wasn’t the case given I was laid off on Wednesday, and didn’t receive anything Thursday through Saturday.

I can’t find any rhyme or reason why I was let go. I had the biggest base with exceptional relationships and growing revenue. Not the oldest. Not the longest tenured. Pulled my name out of a hat, is what I’m thinking. Hand my 20+ years of work over to someone who doesn’t have any idea what I did. Good job OD. Just give the business to Amazon.
Packages should be processed with the 5/21 payroll. It will be in a lump sum. 30 years with OD.
I counted a little over 1500 people laid off. Most were over 40. My package arrived Monday when we were told Saturday
I counted... 1,578 termed employees.
Different by department and team - last in, first out was the theme by me
I'd be curious to know how many of those let go were tenured (higher paid) associates. Seems the handful that I knew of were tenured, some close to 30 years.
All told there were close to 1,000 people let go including many CompuCom employees. Saw a lot of good long time employees leave corporate on Wed.
Somebody said 600 across the company. I was on a call Wednesday evening at 5pm and there were 35 sales associates on the call. The HR person said that was her 4th call of the day. Once I get my severance package, I'm interested in seeing the actual number of employees laid off and their respective ages. This legally has to be disclosed due to ADA laws within our severance paperwork. I'm afraid to see the number of tenured associates axed just to save a buck. Good luck OD...you're gonna need it.
Same thing here, does anyone know how many people were cut last week?
I too am in the same boat. Laid off on Wednesday (after one month shy of 25 years) and no severance package yet. I will be calling HR if I don't receive today. I would hate to have been one of those employees who got the UPS notification first before their manager actually talked to them. Glad I'm gone and that I don't have to deal with the aftermath.
I think they are having this same problem with a lot of us. Plus, for unemployment (which takes 4-6 weeks to process), we need the termination letter. This is likely causing an issue for many of us who were laid off last Wednesday. HR said to reach out if we don't get the package by today (Monday).
