Yes,this is the same company that would have bought over 800 Rite Aid locations had the full Walgreens acquisition been approved.Now,as Fred's drifts closer to bankruptcy,Rite Aid stock last week recovered quite a bit of ground that was lost after the reverse split while a basic selection of pre-packaged Thrifty Ice Cream(8 flavors out of roughly a couple dozen total)was rolled out into its Pacific Northwest locations.Not to mention that the NBA will see its first ever 0-82 team before California's RAD store count(currently at 541)drops below 500 stores(locations like mine that have Blue Rhino are harder to dispose of,on top of that).
