The inside of Lear Corporate Has hundreds of empty desks. Contract and direct layoffs are ongoing for 6 months now. Fridays and Mondays are sad watching people walked out the door.

Rumor is that Lear is planning to layoff all B can C players...only to keep A players...
if you have received a B or C in the ratings...start packing your stuff and start to look for other jobs...Layoffs to start soon
