I find it so interesting that as soon as a bad review goes up on Glassdoor, it is immediately followed by two or more 5 star reviews from India. What are they trying to hide?

You’re crazy to use your CDK computer for anything that isn’t CDK business. That goes double if it’s anything critical of The Company. You should assume the IT people are spying at all times.
What kinda petty place is this? I am surprised they aren't searching our laptops to see who is posting to glassdoor.
there are entire teams now without a single engineer - hiring has become almost impossible at the Portland office with it being so well known how bad the culture is. Rather than admit the problem, management is still trying to hide it. This was often brought up in management meetings, asking us to "update our reviews"
CDK marketing and management see Glassdoor as a battlefield. On one side, you have those representing what's really going on on the other side you have those trying to make it all smiles and niceness. You figure out which is which. It's all to try and drive up the low rating that ended up in last years business news with CDK the 16th worst place to work, based on 'glassdoor reviews.' They don't know this site, which is much more open, transparent and real world.
Another good site, starting to pick up a few CDK comments is 'Blind.' it's an app started by tech folk in the bay area. brutally honest and a good source of pay and interview knowledge - backend stuff into the bigger tech companies and issues. Works great on mobile. Check it out.
Likely because there are so many open recs and no one to fill them
They are having a hard time recruiting in the US because the word is out. So they call on their minions in India to do their bidding. Unfortunately Indian employees don't have it much better. Even though they received many of the jobs lost by Americans and others they still fear layoffs.
