Where have I heard that word before? ... synergies

Oh yah, I remember, that was with last company that I got laid off from. Management kept using that fancy word "synergies". Now I know what it really means.

There will be more before the end of the year. Based on the article, there will be tons of divestitures and restructuring. I would say that L3Harris Technologies will shrink to the size of Harris - a $6 bln. dollar business. After that they will be acquired by Boeing or UTC...

Harris started the layoffs today for directors and above. The worker bees will Ben later this week before the June 29 merger closing.
