Maybe we should have the local city and county government pass an ordnance to bring back all the businesses and people who ran out on our community ?

Fled after a little setback? I don't think a 2 year community collapse is a setback.

Maybe people landed a better opportunity elsewhere.

Enjoy your patched bubble in Sidney.

Now with any luck ALL those who left our community, small business as well as talent will return, seeing that we now have a positive growth. And return our community t the level of prosperity we had and will have once again.

If they would have stuck it out they would have seen all will turn out for the best, instead of running out on the community after the next opportunity.

One little setback and people and business fled,

Hopefully this turns out to be good news and provided some relief from the constant hemorrhaging of jobs in the area.
