Are they planning to stop layoffs at some point? FTR is losing very valuable people, this will damage the company in the long run. Sometimes I feel they do not value workers.

Place was a joke, all the big boys want is there bonus. Even if there people don't have the tools to do there job. They dont care. And for sure they dont listen to there people. Happy to be gone.
Yeah, I loved seeing diamond Dan’s email basically blaming techs for failure of the company a while back and then his follow up email “clarifying” his statements after some message boards publicly released his comments, lol
From what I heard they have a surplus of techs in California. But the contract has a no-lay-off clause to it. California drowning in debt to keep the operation going. FIOS turning about to be a total disaster in Cali.
no they don't value employees, we are to just do as we are told, jump through the hoops, and when you figure out how to do that, they give you ankle weights and expect the same performance. I only need to make it another year to retire, hope the company stays alfloat long enough for me to get out.
Sometimes!?!? Not only do they NOT value their employees, on occasion they have specifically blamed the employees for their own failures.
