Circling the Drain- Down another 12%

Conagra shares were down nearly 12% at $25.57 in late morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange after the Chicago-based company posted fiscal fourth-quarter adjusted net income of $175 million, or 36 cents a share, vs. $196 million, or 50 cents a share, in the comparable year-earlier quarter.

Analysts polled by FactSet had been expecting earnings of 41 cents a share.

The lucky ones are the people who where offered a lump sum pension. Sean and company can't screw the people who no longer have any ties to ConAgra.

Cag employees still there get ready for cutting oh costs. If u are not on line making meals that would be you. Think cag is toast myself. I just hope sean and company cannot find a way to cut my pension, which i am already receiving every month.
