Thread regarding Kaiser Permanente layoffs

Layoffs in KP IT ?

KP IT has a high middle management to developer ratio. Only way KP can sustain for long is to improve the ratio by cutting down middle management and hire more hands on developers. So, when are the layoffs expected ? I have heard of rumors that middle management will be layyed off, but there is no confirmation. Many people only want to assign work to contractors and not do any work.

The Jiffy Lube of Healthcare. If you have to check in, you may not be able to check out. If you do, you may have a staff infection and have to go to county to get treated correctly.
