OK so here goes... Amazon acquired online pharmaceutical company PillPack and Amazon now has a joint venture with Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan Chase on health care. Now Amazon is directly placing it's presence in a pharmaceutical retail? And nobody smells a buyout and underlined major pharmacy play that will rival Walgreens and CVS?
Plus, 2 additional points... JPMorgan just recently disclosed a major stake it purchased in Rite Aid, AND factor in Berkshire Hathaway's newly purchased stake in Amazon. This RAD news smells like it has Warren Buffett’s fingerprints on it. With Bezos, Dimon, and Buffet involved, something BIG is going down behind the scenes!! Some big wall street players here, and if I were cvs, wags etc, I'd be worried. This Amazon deal with rite aid is only the beginning...
