Essentially you were given better job title and more job duties with no real changes in salary.
Basically it was equal to a merit increase which were on hold for most in last 3 years. Run away from this horrible company controlled by private equity interests
Oh, I got a raise.... an offensive .09/hour! Seriously, I think no raise would be less offensive than to say you don't even rate a dime! That being said, workload and responsibility?? Increased significantly! Don't get me started on rising costs for benefits and reducing PTO. This is BS!
Just had conversation on phone with mgr about c-appy merit increase, insulted. I am motivated to get out in less 2 months can’t take this anguish anymore, mac curtis greed!!!
