NBLX Sale Looming?

I heard the officers and directors of the Midstream company are leaving to start a competitor. Is that true?

The guys who started NBLX seem talented. Pretty surprised to see the negative comments about that company from NBL. From an outside perspective it looks like they provided the only cash to support NBL’s Israel project. Why bad comments about the Midstream company and management? Douchebags?

JFBiv probably left to start a VC or PE fund. He's a good man with more money than anybody at NBL and he was never going to report to the parent company's ah*le cfo for any extended time. NBLx is definitely for sale and that was announced in media in April. NBL needs cash.

I would think Noble made them sign a non-compete contract. They legally should not be able to do that. They have shareholders they need to answer to first.
