So what are thoughts or facts on whether or not Contact centres will be outsourced to Accenture?
Will it happen, and if so when?
Want truth or facts.
Thoughts??????

Of course it will be Accenture if they decide to go that way ( which I believe will be the way they go ) Accenture has a long term contract with Enbridge. The contract contains percentage discounts if volume is added. So from a strictly business perspective ( which is the only evaluation method Enbridge seems to use ) it makes sense it will be contracted out and Accenture will be the provider.
But Enbridge uses Accenture now so it would be silly to use someone else?
I have no idea what the plans are, but something I've been wondering:
If there was a strong and obvious financial benefit for outsourcing, why hasnt it happened yet? I'm sure outsourcing the call centres has been investigated in the past, before Enbridge came along. And as much as Union Gas treated its employees better than Enbridge, but i don't think management would have kept the call centres in-house all these years just for the sake of the employees. Think about the Mel years and the past ownership changes. . . there's no way the call centres would have survived if there wasnt a sound and logical reason to keep them.
Probably Yes but not Accenture.
