I left several years ago, when I was tired of seeing Novartis ruin what was once a great company and a great place to work for.
I'm hoping that now Novartis is history, things will slowly go back to how they used to be. Has it started to happen yet? Or is Alcon too far gone by now?

Honestly, no one can really tell. US sales are going well, but market is completely saturated. OUS is a disaster. Big round of layoffs expected by the end of this month. Sadly, more and more decision makers with no ophthalmology experience are being brought on board.
