"Large Contract in US in jeopardy!

"I am in delivery. Have heard that the large BPS contract with MetLife is in jeopardy. The DXC general manager does not even know it.

"What a shame; this was a 1B Contract for over 10 years that CSC signed in 2016. Guess this is just another example of large contracts like BAE and American Airlines losing faith in DXC. For those dependent on working on the MetLife Account; get out of DXC or get reassigned."

In addition to the help desk contract, ML is outsourcing quite a bit of policy admin work.
There is pressure to "work out" the poor help desk service.

Thanks 1bdp for the note about rebadging ML employees to DXC. Didn't hear about that.

Maybe you should do your homework. Many MetLife associates were handed over to DXC last week and will now be DXC employees....... just sayin’.
