Ascena needs to realize there customers and associates are there business . There not loyal but want their stores to sell loyalty . Go back to higher quality clothing and fashionable. They say they survey customers on what they want and give them the exact opposite.
I totally agree with the , The other person made about quality of the product. Over the last three years I have seen the quality of Ann Taylor clothes go the way down. Our damages have gone way up. Many employees and customers wear and item once and it’s all messed up on the front of the shirt are can’t wear a 2nd time as clothing is trash! . Four years ago this would never have happened in the Loft and Ann Taylor factory stores. To Ascena, that is acceptable as long as the company needs their credit card goals !
