I can't find any public announcements so I can only assume it's happening all over, but K-C's eliminated and outsourced (out of country) many roles 2018-2019. I'm not certain how they'll be able to solve problems in even a relatively efficient manner in the future after creating a new "blind leading the blind" culture. At least half of the knowledge-holders gone and Continuous Improvement improvements down the drain as the chaos takes over. Such a sincere shame... They went from a great company of value to one I can no longer support by way of employment nor purchases in just a few short years.
