Proprietary business strategy?! C'mon, they're just segregating by spend and supporting the most lucrative accounts. Not uncommon in any segment and certainly not something dreamt up by BCom. And CA behaved similarly-the only difference was nomenclature.

as one of your customer this is one of the most dumb thing you guys are doing. you are already short staffed and this is going to increase more load on the current engineers. All we can say is you are setting yourself up for failure
