They get customers on sd-wan and office suite and they can shutdown that bloated network and outdated equipment. You have several Clecs of dsl, tdm switches and m13 muxes with hardly any customers on them. Rows of Cisco 6513s and 7206s from the 90s lol. Then all the engineers and techs that support those products get laid off

the big transfer of money by moving customers from one product to another is well underway - customers expect savings to make the switch- add ons help but it’s a partial offset to the deep discounts. Long way from true revenue growth-

Substantial account reduction per module, 10 per rep and lower payouts for selling existing customers. Account management will handle the rest and save the company a ton of money to ensure TT gets his bonus.

That's not a good thing. WorldCom did just that and it did not work out for them very well.

Reviewing that plan has begun. Creating account modules for sales teams to manage existing customers as well as prospect for new accounts. Betting this is in place by start of 4Q. Push will be to convert existing customers to sdwan and count as new revenue to show growth
