What kind of severance payment is offered? Also, is it possible to negotiate the severance?

I too was a part of the July group, its 1 weeks severance per 1 year of service + any PTO you have.

I was in the July group. You cannot negotiate - it's a take it or leave it situation.

Sadly, I think the July group may have received slightly more than this round.

You know, because they need to reserve money to pay out those ELT bonuses :eyeroll:

As little as they can legally get away with i'm sure. The fact that they treat their employees as badly as they do is proof that the executives are just riding this thing into the dirt.

I've got four weeks - I do not think you can negotiate anything, you sign a waiver not to sue them if you accept the severance.
