I remember coming in in Cincinnati and some woman (forgot her name, she's gone now) came in bragging about her weight and her gym time and how svelt she is. The whole talk was all about herself. We sat there looking at each other and thought, wow.. I think we are being judged by our weight. High stress jobs often create cortisol which can create weight gain. Despite the go365 which some don't partake of since they have children and families to care for, helps some. There is some incentive but this was my first impression of how we are so inclusive but we really are not.
You just made my day. hahaha
i liked his toupee - looked like a cross between a pancake and a marmot pelt. That, combined with his walrus inspired mustache - gave him a very debonair, new age corporate look.................... a bit like long John Silver
No, not at all. Maybe the CEO's since him have been worse. But I remember, ole Mike telling all the Nurses at the LV Summit one year as a whole we were as heavy and out of shape at the population we were health coaching, Personal Nursing and Case Managing.
