Any idea what the care management town hall is about? Also are other teams being micromanaged about their flex time/well-being time?

I was skeptical of Verint but it showed to be my friend. My manager never was though. Its impossible to get a positive comment out of her. She is so doom and gloom. I understood the managers were supposed to be our contacts/support person. This one is the Wicked Witch of the East on her broomstick. She takes great delight in picking people apart. We are NEVER doing well enough and always are doing something wrong. VERINT saved me. It showed exactly to me and to her what I was doing and compares you to your team. Turns out that folks that have been there for a long time have gotten a little complacent and Verint called them out. Not all snooping technology is bad.
ZrExkAU-5fyi Your Coach isn't doing anyone any favors by not holding people accountable. Funny how so many cry "micromanaging" when your leader does their job ensuring you're productive and managing your time effectively. How about taking some pride in your work and actually helping your members? After all, that's what you were hired to do. There are so many good nurses here for the right reasons who actually help their members live a better life. These nurses don't look for every opportunity to cheat the system, which by the way, ultimately adversely affects our members. You come across as self absorbed and lazy, maybe it's time for you and your Coach to move on.
If you actually work all day taking only your allotted lunch and breaks, Verint shouldn't be a source of concern for you. Who cares if your being watched, you've got nothing to hide, right?
Verint is the devil! My coach is very flexible but she can’t work around all the micromanaging the higher ups are doing! Sad! Since nurses were moved to hourly things have slowly went south!
Might be that they are outsourcing the work since they are buying businesses to cover needs or that they are now hiring HAH back in droves in June. First they want you, then they don't . You are nothing but a cow in a barn getting milked. When the government doesn't want your milk anymore, they butcher you. Go find another money making scheme and see what the government will pay for. California is suing Humana for not covering medical bills and meds, calling it a breach of contract with medicare. Sounds right to me.
