Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

How do you feel?

Was told today in a meeting that our coach has the capability to see what we are doing screen wise every second of our day. Pathetic. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. Was told it is to help the work life balance for associates...umm how? Let's all just get foley catheters cause ain't no one can pee now.

@ZrHDXbD-1pbb You should contact a lawyer. What HR told you is BS. Don't you remember your etics training and the disclaimers you signed. Humana OWN everything you put into that system. Live with it.

This is part of the DPA on our computers. They cannot see screens but the system notes time spent in cgx, Internet, phone,idle etc. screen captures happen in Verint 25% of all calls which has always been the case

Yes was told the same. With the new caring update that can see all. Micromanaged so bad. The monitoring of every single minute, rules changing daily, over the top 1:1 with your manager. It’s all so ridiculous. Never been this stressed in any other nursing job I’ve had.

I was a coach at HAH for quite a few years, this is not completely true. The coach can see when you are in the phone or not, and how long you have been off the phone,etc. when your calls are recorded it screen shots what you are doing and can be view during an audit. Coaches also have the ability to silent monitor you real time during a call. It has always been like that. I don’t know many who do this, unless there is a reason. They have to have some way to track you when you are working from home.

Yeah right. And HR told me they couldn't. UNLESS they have a legal reason to be voyeur on your screen. BS> I know they can. Comments made to coworkers privately have been verbally repeated to me.
