Unpaid Medical Claims- WILL NOT BE PAID

Hello Everyone,

I have been following the case and as of today 6/10 unpaid medical claims (if you had medical insurance through Dream Center) will not be paid. You will need to make arrangements to pay the unpaid bills with your provider. I am assuming we are just out the money we paid toward our medical cost out of our paychecks. Sad

Yea, I called Dottore and he had the gall to ask me which portion of his two million I would like to be paid from.

The only option is to contact the receiver (Dottore) and tell them we paid premiums but are getting bills and see what they advise.

I just uncovered this same information last week when thousands of bills from healthcare professionals came in the mail.

Clearly this isn't legal. Have you found out what options employees have? After all, we DID pay our premiums. We shouldn't be responsible for all these bills.

Has anyone spoken with an attorney about our rights and options?

@ZuxhLhq-1apv, student debtors from "I Am Ai" also don't have the money. Maybe you have more in common now.

Medical fraud and employee left holding the bag!! Time foe lawyer. If they bankrupt we should be off the hook. I don’t have 70,000💩
