It's apparent the top brass is milking the company for themselves. Another once great company being run into the ground over greed and mismanagement. I've worked hourly for the company and can see the situation from a different angle. They are hell bent on breaking the Union, Battle Creek 1st, then rotate to the other US plants. Moving product around then rehiring with lower wages and benefits. Productivity has increased across the board, but as usual those gains will pad the pay of executives. And they call that restructuring or reorganizing. Look at John Bryant's walkaway package! While they claim the shareholders are demanding more in return. Misleaders of the truth...better known as liers.
