Thread regarding Accenture layoffs

How would you rate Accenture’s organization's culture?

I know every Accenture group is different, so chime in from your angle.

It was VERY difficult to join Accenture as an experience executive...

The culture was hyper-matrixed and ultra-competitive for those who had not spent their career at the company.

Having to find a role / project on my own with minimal help from HR/gmtm was not the expectation I had when I signed up...

Ditto

I've had both the best and near-worst management of my career at ACN

Agreed; this site is about layoffs. I'll be kind and answer your question: Because it's a huge firm, it really depends on where you land...the account, the MD. I've had both the best and near-worst management of my career at ACN. Another reason why networking is so important - you get to know people and what things are like elsewhere in the firm. Choose (or be chosen) wisely.
