Does anyone know where to find out how long the current PC is required to stay in position? I did not opt in for this position, just wanting out at this point

To the associate Asking how long were have to stay in position, all of that information should have been read to you by your store manager. It was called store manager talking point pc/tc ellmination. Although mine didn't read it to me I also go a email sent by my market assistant that gave me the facts. Contact your MHRM they can send you the da m facts or ask your SM.
Glad this is almost over. So drawn out and ridiculous.
I'm pretty sure that if you opt out or do not get the People Lead, you leave the office by July 2nd. You will work elsewhere in the store until August 2nd to receive severance. Not all PC/TC's got an interview. You had to take (it wasn't graded) the VR assessment and pass a Readiness assessment before you moved forward in the process to an interview. It has been a long six months.
So my sources tell me not all PC/TC who opted in for new role are getting interviews? Truth or fiction?
Our MHRM said until the people lead is in place. Aug 2 if not in place. If you are planning on taking severance I would def. Stay until aug.2 get all of the money you can, and let's be real, nothing seems secure with anything they are telling us able this position. (At least in my market)
Current PC/TCs can leave after the People Lead position is filled, which is supposed to be July 6. August 2 is the last day of they don't take a new position.
Aug. 2nd. When invoicing was eliminated the associates not taking other positions could be gained out with store and market managers approval before 60 days if there was "no business need" for them to stay longer. But I don't know if that will apply this time to the PC's and TC's who opted out.
