Thread regarding Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. layoffs

Here ie the big picture! If more people were paid better salaries and benefits then these companies can charge more for their products and not need to produce over seas. When people make more money they tend spend more money Why is it you never hear management bonuses and salaries will be cut. I am currently in a union. I make a good salary and will not be getting let go or harrassed because a boss fears me, doesn't like my long hair or i'm a woman etc! Thats piece of mind!
