Gibbs has been good to me, I've spent over 4 years there and moved on. I liked my colleagues over there - the working environment was collaborative and I never had issues with people over there (I work in admissions for a different school right now - we are going through layoffs and the overall work environment is not as good due to backstabbing and overall unethical behavior).
