Thread regarding Brink's Co. layoffs

They refuse to lower prices to compete with competitors. They are cutting all of their seasoned veteran employees who know the business in order to cut out their salaries. They are cutting out the most knowledgable to leave the skeleton crews to those less knowledable. They refuse to compete and now with the huge reduction in employees, production and efficiency is suffering badly. The ones who ate still employed have to endure extremely long days at work and a tremendouse amount of pressure. Many have chosen to leave since everyone is so on edge daily wondering when they will be cut as well. This is causing them tremendous stress which in turn has caused many to suffer health problems related to both stress and exhaustion.
