Our products are overpriced and we treat customers as shit - the industry is consolidating and we are not big enough to fight the competition - the management is solid but there is only so much you can do with the current strategy and current size - we need to focus on customers more and to deliver better service. I know that we are doing minor round of layoffs right now, but if we do not improve our business fundamentals there is quite a bit of chance we'll continue letting people go. If I was the one who makes decision I'd let Sekharan go ASAP and would bring someone who actually cares and understands our customers.
