Quite honestly, their primary concern is poor service delivery from one of our other providers in the region. To my point however, they stressed to me their great satisfaction with the RigNet team in APAC – quick attention to any issues and fast delivery or provisioning of new services as required were very high on their (and mine) list of accomplishments for the RigNet team.
