Thread regarding AeroVironment Inc. layoffs

Beware of Aero!!!! It's just another place looking to make quick money off of temporary employees and hard workers. This place has no heart, it has no soul, it's a money making machine based on your sweat - you'll see very little reward for your work. Nepotism rules, internal networks of people exist and if you are let into the network you may do fine. The place was pretty good before going public, yet it's down hill for AV ever since. Management will bombard you with fairy tales of possible promotions and do anything possible to make you work your ass off - the reward will never come. They will likely lay you off or you might be turned into a temp.
