Thread regarding 99 Cents Only Stores layoffs

Yes, we had over 100 people let go back in October of 2013. I think 2014 will be even worse, as things are not developing as planned. We have many managers that do nothing and there should be some consolidation on the manager level. I think we need to be more focused on the customer and everything should be about the customer.
