Company size contributes to a low consistency in operating proc., and mgmt tends to be reactive and not proactive. Agency is as time so mcrmgmt in style it can be difficult getting any kind of help. The billing department is separate from the buying dpt as of the last few years and this has negatively impacted the learning process. The large client/market lists can be too big to digest and make it difficult to use time off. While agency is global and offers a many services it can be difficult to move from one to another department or office due to a "lack of specific experience" or "too much experience - we absolutely need you"
