In 2007 we eliminated pretty much half of all positions here at Pulte. Today, things are looking much better and we are expanding. It's the nature of the beast and you really cannot avoid it. I can tell you that Pulte's severance package is outstanding and that we are very family oriented. Now, people will always complain, especially if there are RIFs but you cannot blame all on the company, because had we not let people go we would have been destroyed as a company. The most important part is that Pulte survived the down turn and that we are doing fine in this thriving marketplace. I personally joined Pulte after Sivage-Thomas acquisition, worked for Mike Nuessle, loved it all the way and I am still gang ho on Pulte. It's a well managed company and the executives are seasoned and very strategic.
