In my opinion, culture is the most important factor in a company. And this company has absolutely none! Hey, lets do something to boost moral and relax the workers -- "Lets put a ping pong table in the cafeteria!!" IDIOTS! Probably the last thing we need. Management treats the fab operators like peasants. The operators are the last individuals to blame and they always get the sh-t end of the stick. Thank you Doug Dopp & Bob Cameron for constantly lying to us and giving us no respect. Don't worry I plan on mis-processing lots before I quit this place.

Layoffs today... So much for the best job out there
