After all those time loyally and tirelessly worked on a BA underwriter's projects, they were not even my work... at the end his only comment about me was "Let us torture him!".
Now ask yourself again when you call those people "bad performer"... Did you actually worked with them or somebody told you so? But I guess ignorance is a bliss.
I have requested to leave my name out when I finish my projects and tried to stay out the attacks on me. I have requested to move my desk to the other side to avoid people's cross hair. At the end they blame me just as much, if not more. In God's name, I have done everything I could for them.
And I have directly repeated my question at the guy, "If you make a mistake, then I should take your responsibility?" and he said, "YES"!
In the illustration group, The release group didn't update my code to the production and blamed me for it. I remembered the senior release guy said "This is how it is" when I asked them to stop blaming me a week before I was let go.
You can bribe anyone you want, but why targeting me? What did I ever done to you?

John, could you please hire me back in a good group...? I never played the political games my colleagues played, and I avoided all the backstabbing through my time in JH, at the end with all the blames I was pushed out. There were problems in JH, but how could rational people let this happen on purpose, no one verifies the rumors people spread anymore.
May I ask who posted my name? Your conduct is inappropriate and unprofessional. If you worked for me you would be terminated for violating our end user policy. Manulife conducts itself in only the most professional of ways. All staff are treated with respect. Any termination, be it for performance or as part of a large structural undertaking treats departing staff respectfully and with dignity. As a token of our appreciation we personal escort them to the front door and offer either a Manu-mint or Manu-pen as a parting gift.
