North Chicago factory will be closed, 70 workers will be laid off and work will be moved to Fairfield in Northern California. None of this makes sense.

Anybody has more details on this? I heard rumors but it's hard to find any facts on the layoffs.
Has this been confirmed? Cannot find any references on the web, maybe just a rumor, Fairfield makes no sense here.
