Moog's senior management seems to think that small incremental product improvements equate to a disruptive technology breakthrough. No wonder we're in so much trouble. If sales revenues continue on their present course we'll end up as just another American industrial company headed for the dustbin of history.

Moog culture died after Brady was pushed to the side. The management that is left are going to drive the best employees away and run the company into the ground. Moog will have good profit short term and then once it can not be squeezed anymore things will start to fall apart. mismanagement is now in charge
We have management not leadership
Management has a sense of "Mental Superiority" and does not want to listen to ideas associated with new disruptive technologies. The are doubling down on the status quo and believe the future is just an extension of the past. I'm planning on leaving Western New York for greener pastures in the very near future.
The vaunted "Moog culture" is a lie. No trust, no communication.
Totally secret, everything they do, keeping employees in the dark - people are freaking out, so much for change management and transparency at Moog
