Jay Hennig was one of the last old Moog guys left. He was not happy for a very long time. He is fortunate that he could retire with allot of money and go away happy. Things at Moog are going to get worse. Short term gain but long term loss. The best employees at Moog are going to leave in droves. The management left are C to D performers at best who know how to kiss butt and like getting theirs kissed as well.

I also retired at the beginning of October because of the way they handled the cuts. I spoke with John S prior to the cuts and tried to convince him that the company was going in the wrong direction with the way they were offering the VRO in that they would not reach the number they wanted using their method and in the end they did not get the number they wanted. I am a

42 yr employee who has witnessed a very good company become a sub-par company because of their egotistic management and greed. It is a shame.

Heard the managers had a party after the cuts. Had to sip bourbon together to squelch their pain. wtf

Scannell wants to increase stock price by cutting costs, he does not care about business. He needs to do this before the end of the year so he can pocket many millions in bonuses and stock grants. That's pretty much it. The executives surrounding him are playing the same game. It's all about short term gain, they do not care about our workers.
