Is this only a placeholder or does the company have physical presence in the States? Statoil asa is a Norwegian company but I was not aware of any activity here in the US.

Yes, they have a Houston office
yes, Statoil has operations in the U.S. but mostly through partnerships. They do operate the Maersk Developer in the GOM deepwater.
